What are the requirements to join?

Self-discipline, commitment, trust on your mentor and a little bit of patience. If you lack any of these, our programs may not be a good fit for you.

How to book an appointment?

We provide the most user-friendly service for you to develop your software with the best user-experience design. You can come up with an idea, design plan or we are open for discussion to help you to develop your desired software efficiently.

How much will I lose?

A body can safely lose a few kilos and inches in a month, however weight loss is multi-factorial and results vary from person to person. It depends on your diet, medical history, activity level, stress levels, water intake, sleep patterns, mental health, mindset, belief and the trust level, just to name a few.

The weight will not bounce back as long as you remain self-disciplined. The diet plans that we design are not short-term diets that you follow for temporary results. Instead, it is a combination of diet and lifestyle plan, where we prescribe food which you can sustain for lifelong, and hence get permanent outcomes resulting in a lifestyle change. Make sure you set realistic goals before you embark on this journey with us.

Are breaks/hold-period allowed in programs?

We do not encourage breaks as they hinder the flow of diet and lifestyle changes that we recommend. Moreover, lifestyle changes are about integrating those into your life regardless of what you are up to.

Vacations, family functions, travelling or not feeling well should not become a factor to stop eating healthy. Though if for some other emergent reason, you need to pause your program, please get in touch with us.

If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 3 weeks break in 6 month program, and 6 weeks break in 12 month program.

Hold/Pause facility is not applicable to 1 or 3 month programs.

Note: For clients enrolled before Aug 2020, all hold/breaks have a maximum validity of 1 year post which the reactivation fee of INR 2000 will apply.

What is your refund policy?

Once you have paid for a program, the No Refund policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.

How is the progress measured?

We measure results on the pretext of how you are feeling. For example:

  • How are the energy levels?
  • Are you feeling light?
  • Has the stamina or performance increased?
  • Are health parameters coming back in range?
  • Is immunity building up?

This is not to say that weight loss will not occur. It will, but we need to understand that weight loss is a by-product of healthy eating and lifestyle. So we don’t go just by the numbers on the weighing scale as it can easily demotivate you. A classic example is that when you lose fat, in most cases, you gain muscle mass at the same time (which is a good thing), but the weighing scale will not go down, and hence that number is not that important.

For in-clinic visits, we perform body composition analysis twice a month to keep track of progress. For online consultations, you can get that done from any nearby fitness centre or gym, although it is not necessary.

Each week we will have a scheduled session (telephonic/visit) where we will discuss your feedback, results, difficulties, and ONLY then create your diet plan for the following week.

Do I have to do anything else except following the diet?

Diet plays a very important role, however, how well you are managing all of the pillars of lifestyle will dictate your results.

5 lifestyle pillars:

  • Diet
  • Exercise
  • Water
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • You will get guidance during your sessions on how to manage these properly.

    Few other things:

    • Be positive
    • Be patient
    • Trust your dietitian/mentor
    • Ask questions/logic but refrain from challenging us with your Google skills
Do you guarantee weight loss?
  • Dear friend, we are not selling a product. It is something you have to guarantee yourself that you will be committed and self-disciplined throughout your journey with us.

Can you provide a sample diet plan?

No, because we don’t have one. All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual eating habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. We do not sell pre-defined or fixed diet plans, therefore we are unable to provide any sample.
